The openwork necklace set with swags of circular-cut emeralds, alternating with old brilliant-cut diamonds, highlighted by a series of button-shaped pearls, suspending two rows of pear-shaped emeralds, all graduating in size towards the front, completed by smaller old brilliant-cut diamond accents, maker’s marks, detachable to become a choker.
