Featured is a spectacular right hand emerald and diamond ring crafted in the 1980s which makes this a vintage piece. The ring is very unique and looks to be of Italian influence considering the polished gold ripples in the center surrounding the bezel set emerald. The emerald is a fine specimen weighing .85 carats and would be a VS quality stone yet it does have a visible chip on one of its corners which is not really noticeable without the aid of a jewelers loupe. The natural gemstone displays an intense medium-dark green hue and is accented beautifully by both the solid 14kt yellow gold and natural diamonds. The two largest round diamonds flank the East and West sides of the emerald in channel settings. Another 40 diamonds are bead set around the center. The accent diamonds weigh .90 carats and are graded G-H in color and SI1 in clarity. The ring weighs 7.9 grams and the ring is currently a size 6.25 and can be resized. The ring rises 7.15mm above your finger and its width measures 14.75mm and tapers down to 5.70mm. It’s in excellent condition with light signs of wear.
