Here’s a unique emerald and diamond ballerina ring where the outer diamond shank was originally a ring guard and has been soldered to the center solitaire emerald ring. This is obviously an excellent idea as the solitaire ring fits perfectly into the diamond ring guard. The centerpiece set in a sturdy 4-prong setting is a square step cut natural emerald precious gemstone weighing about 1.35 carats displaying a vivid light-medium green hue and this is a fine gemstone graded Type III SI2 clarity as it is very eye clean. Their are two diamond stations on the North and South sides’s of the gemstone and they create a half ballerina fan design. There are 18 diamonds total weighing about 1.30 carats and graded G-H in color and VS2-SI1 in clarity. The ring is made of solid 14kt white gold and weighs 8.5 grams. The ring size is currently a 8.5 and can be resized. It rises 9.65mm above your finger and its ring face measures 18.60mm North to South and 16.20mm East to West. The bands width measures 6.15mm and tapers down to 2.75mm. This vintage ring was crafted in the 1980s and is in spectacular condition.
