Featured is a spectacular right hand emerald and diamond ring crafted in the 1980s which makes this a vintage piece. The ring is very unique and looks to be of Italian influence considering the polished gold ripples in the center surrounding the bezel set emerald. The emerald is a fine specimen weighing .85 carats and would be a VS quality stone yet it does have a visible chip on one of its corners which is not really noticeable without the aid of a jewelers loupe. The natural gemstone displays an intense medium-dark green hue and is accented beautifully by both the solid 14kt yellow gold and natural diamonds. The two largest round diamonds flank the East and West sides of the emerald in channel settings. Another 40 diamonds are bead set around the center. The accent diamonds weigh .90 carats and are graded G-H in color and SI1 in clarity. The ring weighs 7.9 grams and the ring is currently a size 6.25 and can be resized. The ring rises 7.15mm above your finger and its width measures 14.75mm and tapers down to 5.70mm.
Simple yet vibrant is this elegant 18kt yellow gold and platinum pendant featuring 1/4 carats of round brilliant bead set natural diamond’s. The diamonds connect and cross paths with each other over the surface of this pendant while the remaining space exhibits an intricate texture. The pendant necklace is a designer piece with an 18” platinum necklace attached to a lobster clasp. This is a sophisticated piece of jewelry which could be worn everyday or paired with an evening dress.

One of her most dazzling pieces was this tiara of 15 intertwined diamond circles strung together with a diamond ribbon on top and hung with articulating pendant pearls, made in the 1874 by Bolin, the Russian court jeweler. She hid this wonderful example of intricate Russian craftsmanship in the vault at Vladimir Palace in 1918 when she fled St. Petersburg in the wake of the revolution. It remained hidden away until a friend of the family who happened to be a member of the British Secret Intelligence Service smuggled the jewels out of Russia for the Grand Duchess, tucked away in a plain bag.
With her jewels finally returned to her, she split them up amongst her four children before passing away in Paris in 1920. This tiara went to her daughter, Princess Nicholas of Greece. Princess Nicholas sold her jewels to benefit both her family and Russian charities, and she sold this one in 1921 to Queen Mary. Mary subsequently had to have some repairs completed, as the journey hadn’t been kind to the fine craftsmanship. It was inherited by Queen Elizabeth on Mary’s death in 1953 along with the rest of her remaining jewel collection.

This is such a bold ruby and diamond vintage reproduction ring as it could be worn as a right hand ring or as engagement ring. The setting is made of solid 18kt white gold and every surface has been intricately engraved and carved into a beautiful homage to early Art Deco and Art Nouveau designs. There is a beautiful open filigree detail along the sides of the setting as well as milgrain beaded edges and floral motifs. There are 50 round full cut natural diamonds encrusted into the design around the centerpiece and along the shank. Four polygonal cut natural rubies in bezel settings accent the centerpiece to its North, South, East and West. The center July Birthstone precious ruby is a round cut gem in a 4-prong setting weighing 1.09 carats and displays an intense pinkish purple hue which is a different hue than its accents as they exhibit a more purplish red hue. The gem is a VS quality gem and is absolutely brilliant. The ring weighs 5.8 grams and is currently a size 7.25 and can be resized. It rises 9.40mm above your finger and its ring face measures 13.65mm from North to South and 13.95mm from East to West. This ruby and diamond ring is Brand New.
