There’s just something about purple and gold. This exquisite tanzanite and diamond ring combines a beautiful combination of color and design in solid 18kt white and yellow gold. The centerpiece is a tanzanite certified by the International Gemological Institute in India (IGI) to be natural and exhibit a ‘deep bluish violet’ color and is ‘transparent.’ It is rectangular cushion mixed cut and rests in a sturdy 4-prong setting weighing 2.59 carats. The gem is surrounded by a double halo of white and natural fancy yellow diamonds. The shank is also encrusted with a split of white and yellow diamonds. There are 28 round cut fancy yellow diamonds in the ring and they are graded SI1-I1 in clarity and weigh .44 carats. There are 54 round white diamonds graded G-H in color and SI1-SI2 in clarity and weigh .64 carats total. The ring weighs 8.0 grams and is currently a size 6.75 and can be resized. It rises 7.55mm above your finger and its ring face measures 15.10mm North to South and 13.35mm East to West. Its band width measures 7.55mm and tapers down to 3.15mm. The certificate card from IGI is included. The ring was crafted in 2017 and is brand new.
